You can cancel anytime before your stay from your dashboard, and the refund is processed instantly — no approval needed. The amount depends on how many days have passed since you booked: 100% within 7 days, 50% within 8–15 days, 25% within 16–22 days, and 0% after 23 days.
You're entitled to a full refund, subject to admin review.
Cottage Owners
Sign up and choose "Cottage Owner," then upload a valid business permit for review.
A Federation Administrator reviews every permit before a listing goes live, so approval isn't instant — but you'll be notified once it's confirmed.
Payments are credited to your in-system wallet balance, which you can withdraw.

No. Your information is used only to process your reservation and is never sold or shared with third parties.
1. Purpose of Data Collection
The personal information you provide when creating an account — including your name, email address, phone number, and password — is collected solely for reservation purposes: creating your account, processing and confirming bookings, verifying your identity, and contacting you about your reservations. We do not collect any information beyond what is needed to operate this reservation system.
2. What We Need and Why
Your name and email are required to identify your account and send booking confirmations. Your phone number lets cottage owners and staff reach you about your reservation. Your password is required to secure access to your account. Cottage Owners additionally provide a valid business permit, used only to verify legitimacy before a Federation Admin approves listing privileges.
3. Email Verification
A one-time verification code (OTP) is sent to your email address during registration and password resets. This confirms that you own the email address. Codes expire after 10 minutes for security.
4. No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any purpose unrelated to your reservation. Your data stays within this system and is used only to facilitate bookings and provide support.
5. Data Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard encryption (hashing), not in plain text. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel a paid reservation yourself at any time before the stay date, and the refund is processed instantly — no approval needed. The amount refunded depends on how many days have passed since you made the booking (not the stay date), based on this schedule:

Only the amount actually paid through the payment gateway is refundable — a downpayment's remaining balance, if paid in cash on arrival, is never charged and therefore has nothing to refund. If a cottage owner cancels your reservation instead (for example, due to storm damage), you are entitled to a full refund, subject to admin review.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time as the system evolves. Continued use of your account after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
